Minute packs allow you to profitably use voice communications

In order to find out about the remaining minutes in the activated pack, you need to send the USSD command *103#, or send an SMS message with the number 3 to 616020.

The cost of the pack is removed upon activation.

Conditions:

• The volume of minutes included in the pack must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of activation of the pack, regardless of the length of time the subscriber was temporarily blocked during this period.

• Connecting a pack of minutes is possible, provided that after activating the pack, the subscriber’s account must be at least 42.10 UZS.

• If the pack is successfully activated, you will receive an SMS notification.

• The volume of all purchased packs is summed up, and the period of use is extended until the expiration date of the last purchased pack and is 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Upon expiration of the number of minutes accrued within the tariff, or the expiration of the pack of minutes, outgoing calls are charged according to the established tariffs.

• If there are simultaneously unused minutes accrued under a tariff and a pack of minutes, minutes from the tariff are consumed first.

• The terms of use of purchased packs do not change when changing the tariff.

• Packs of minutes are provided for making outgoing calls within the Republic of Uzbekistan (to subscribers of mobile operators in Uzbekistan and to landline numbers)

• Minute packs are valid only when the subscriber is in the LLC “UMS” network in Uzbekistan.

• International outgoing calls and calls to the services of content providers are charged at the rates established for them.

• Minute usage priority:

Minutes within the tariff > Minutes from the purchased pack of minutes

• Priority for spending minutes if a subscriber has more than one type of pack:

• "Gap ko'p" service>Minutes from the Multi pack for 7 days > Bonus for replenishment > Minutes from the Multi pack for 15 days > Minutes within the tariff > Minutes from the purchased pack of minutes.

• Packs of minutes are available for connection on tariffs: Corporate Ultra, Corporate Maxi, Corporate 777, Corporate Start, Xizmat 1, Xizmat 2 – for legal entities.

• On the Corporate Ultra tariff, packs of minutes will not be consumed when making calls within the network.

• The minutes included in the pack are intended for outgoing calls within the network, to numbers of other mobile operators and to landline numbers.

• The number of purchased packs of minutes per subscriber number is NOT limited.

• Territorial coverage – all of Uzbekistan

• For legal entities, activation of packs is available through a written request to the legal entity service department, through the KIP administrator, and the corporate USSD portal.

• Prices include all taxes.
