The Mobiuz company presents to its subscribers a new automated self-service system “Voice Assistant 0890”, using which the company’s subscribers will be able to independently:

  • find out company news;

  • obtain information about services, as well as connect or disable additional services;

  • get information about tariff plans and change your tariff plan;

  • learn about payment methods and balance information;

  • obtain information about the addresses of sales and service offices.

In order to use the services of the Voice Assistant, the subscriber must call 0890 and, following the system prompts, select the required item to perform the required action. The voice assistant is implemented in two languages ​​and when calling 0890, the subscriber is immediately asked to choose the language of communication - Uzbek and Russian.

Conditions

A call to number 0890 in the Mobiuz network is free and available even with a negative balance.
