The “Number re-registration” service is intended for re-registration of a number to another individual.

The service is available only in Mobiuz’s own offices.

Cost of the service (across the republic): 25,000 UZS.

The cost of the service is paid by the new subscriber of the number (to whom the number is re-registered).

The cost of the service is included in the initial advance payment when concluding a new contract. All prices include VAT and excise tax.

On the cost of connecting a special category number when connecting with the re-registration service (included in the initial advance payment), a discount of 50% of the cost of connecting a special category number is provided (Table 1).

Conditions:

  • All prices are inclusive of taxes.
  • Number re-registration is carried out in the presence of an existing and a new subscriber (or a representative by proxy from a legal entity of an existing subscriber). Subscribers must have original passports with them.
  • Applications for renewal of a number are considered by the Company within 10 calendar days from the date of their submission.
  • The cost of the service (25,000 UZS) is paid by the new owner of the number. This amount is charged one-time from the balance of the new owner of the subscriber number.

If the cost of the service is not paid by the subscriber (legal entity or individual entrepreneur) within 14 calendar days from the date of re-registration, the Company has the right to terminate the subscriber number unilaterally and then put this number on sale.

  • If a special category number is re-issued, the new owner pays the cost of the “Number Re-registration” service and the cost of a special category number (see Table 1).
  • If a special category number was registered to the current owner with a discount on the connection cost as part of any promotion with discounts on special category numbers, then the connection of this number to the new owner is carried out according to the cost within the framework of the “Number Re-registration” service (see Table 1).

In this case, the discount on the promotion is not provided to the new owner.

  • If the re-registration of a special category number to a new owner is carried out during the period of any promotions with discounts on special category numbers, then the connection of this number to the new owner is carried out according to the cost within the “Number Re-registration” service (see Table 1).

The “Number renewal” service is NOT provided in the following cases:

  • If for a number connected to the “Special Category Number on installments” service, the subscriber (current owner) has not paid the full cost of the number.
  • If there is a debt (negative balance) on the subscriber number that is being reissued.
  • If there is a debt (negative balance) on any of the existing subscriber numbers of the current or new owners.
  • If the number being reissued and/or any of the existing numbers of the current or new owner are used in GSM gateways.
  • If the amount of the initial advance payment is not paid in full by the current owner (by a legal entity within 14 calendar days from the date of connection);
  • If the current or new owner does not have permanent or temporary registration in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • If a full 90 calendar days have not passed since the activation of the “Number Restoration” service.

    Current subscriber:

    1. Original identity document of the manager. (passport; ID card)

    2. Power of attorney with the right to sign if the signatory is a direct representative of the organization, the original document identifying the authorized person, a copy of the manager’s passport.

    3. Form for re-registration as a legal entity.

    Legal entity – new subscriber:

    1. Certificate of registration (License / Guvokhnoma)

    2. Original identity document of the manager. (passport; ID card)

    3. Power of attorney with the right to sign if the signatory is a direct representative of the organization, the original document identifying the authorized person, a copy of the manager’s passport.

    4. Form for connecting the number being renewed.

    Current subscriber:

    1. Original identity document of the manager. (passport; ID card)

    2. Power of attorney with the right to sign if the signatory is a direct representative of the organization, the original document identifying the authorized person, a copy of the manager’s passport.

    3. Re-registration form for an individual in two copies.

     

    Subscriber – individual:

    1. Original identification document of an individual. (passport; ID card)
