To make a call, both interlocutors must have VoLTE-enabled devices and the “Access to VoLTE” service connected.

 ViLTE - a technology that allows you to make video calls between subscribers on the LTE network without using third-party applications. To make a call, both interlocutors must have ViLTE-enabled devices and the “Access to VoLTE” service connected.

The service only works on devices that support this technology*. 

*For the technology to work, you need a smartphone with VoLTE/ViLTE support. The technology must be activated in the smartphone settings.

Important! Due to technical features on some devices, calls to short emergency numbers may not be available when the VoLTE service is active.

If emergency services are not reached, you must disable VoLTE technology in your smartphone settings.

Availability: The service is available to subscribers connected to tariffs for individuals and legal entities in the coverage area of ​​the operator's LTE network in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

For legal entities: connection to the service is available upon written application through the Virtual Manager.

  • To connect to the “Access to VoLTE” service, you must have the “Access to 4G network” service.

  • To use the “Access to VoLTE” service, the subscriber must be in the LTE Mobiuz coverage area

  • If the subscriber is blocked, the “Access to VoLTE” service is not available

  • Voice calls with the “Access to VoLTE” service are available throughout the entire coverage area of ​​the Mobiuz LTE network

  • When making voice calls with the “Access to VoLTE” service, minutes are spent within the tariff and pack of minutes, or according to the cost established above the limit

  • The MB volume within the tariff, MB pack and Data traffic for voice calls with the “Access to VoLTE” service is not consumed

  • If a subscriber leaves the LTE Mobiuz coverage area during a conversation, he automatically switches to the 2G/3G network without interrupting the call

  • The “Access to VoLTE” service is not available in roaming

  • The VoLTE Access and Conference Call services are mutually exclusive. Connecting the VoLTE service causes the deletion of the “Conference Call” service

  • When performing USSD requests, the subscriber switches to the 2G/3G network
