Tariffs for the service “Special category room in installments for 2 years”: 

Conditions:

-Services “Special category number on installments” and “Special category number on installments for 2 years” are available at Mobiuz offices and at the offices of commercial dealers.

- All prices include VAT.

- The number is selected based on the approved category and mask, according to the existing table of masks for “Special Category Numbers”.

- The service is available for connecting individuals and legal entities.

- When changing the tariff plan to any other tariff, the “Special category number on installments” service is retained (with subsequent charges for this service).

- The cost of connecting a number is fixed at the time of connecting the service and does not change during the entire period of the service, regardless of the introduction of discounts or changes in the cost of a special category number.

- A subscriber number with active services “Special category number on installments”, “Special category number on installments for 2 years” cannot be reissued.

A subscriber who has connected a number with the service “Special category number on installments”, “Special category number on installments for 2 years” can re-register it to another subscriber after early repayment of the cost of the service for all unpaid months of the installment plan.

- The cost for the first month of connecting a number with the service “Special category number in installments” / “Special category number in installments for 2 years” is paid in full upon connection, regardless of the connection date. The first month of service is written off if the subscriber’s balance is positive at the time of writing off (if the balance is less than the cost of the service, then after the write-off, the subscriber’s balance will be negative).

- The cost of connecting a number with the service “Special category number on installments” for the next 9 months is charged every first day of the month (if installments are for 10 months); The service is written off for any positive balance.

A subscriber number that is in any blocked state is not charged the connection cost for the service “Special category number on installments” or “Special category number on installments for 2 years.”

- If the number is not blocked, but the amount on the balance is less than the cost for the service “Special category number in installments” or “Special category number in installments for 2 years,” then the service will be written off and the subscriber’s balance will be a negative value. 

- A subscriber number that is in any blocked state is not charged the connection cost for the service “Special category number in installments” or “Special category number in installments for 2 years.”

- If the subscriber was in a blocked state for more than one calendar month, then the period of validity of the service “Special category number in installments” / “Special category number in installments for 2 years” is extended in proportion to the number of calendar months that were blocked.

Example: a subscriber connected to a special category number with the “Special category number in installments” service in July. The term for deleting the service “Special category number in installments” is 10 months, i.e. The service should be removed in April next year. The subscriber had sufficient balance in July, August and September to cover all charges. However, it was blocked on September 30 due to insufficient balance and was blocked throughout October, replenishing the balance only on November 1. In this case, the period for deleting the service “Special category number in installments” will be extended in proportion to the number of calendar months that were in a blocked state, and the period for deleting the service in this case is moved to May.

- Upon termination of the contract for the provision of mobile communication services (for individuals - Public offer), before the subscriber repays the total cost of the number, - the number becomes at the disposal of the operator, the amount of money paid for the service “Special category number in installments” / “Special number categories in installments for 2 years" are not refundable.

Service “Early repayment of installments”

-A subscriber who has activated the service “Special category number in installments” / “Special category number in installments for 2 years” can pay off the cost of the service ahead of schedule for all unpaid months.

-To use the service, the subscriber must contact his own Mobiuz office, bring his name and identification card with him, write a corresponding application, and also pay in full the amount for all unpaid months of installments.

-If the subscriber does not pay the amount of the unpaid installment plan, the service is not provided.

-The service is provided after successful write-off for the first month (month of connection) of the “Special category number in installments” / “Special category number in installments for 2 years” service. If such a write-off does not occur, then the “Early repayment by installments” service is not provided.

- If the subscriber has activated the service “Special category number in installments” for 10 months, then the service “Early repayment of installments” is provided based on the cost of installments for 10 months;

- If the subscriber has activated the service “Special category number in installments for 2 years”, then the service “Early repayment of installments” is provided based on the cost of installments for 2 years;

- As part of the service “Early repayment of installments”, repayment is available specifically for the entire remaining period of unpaid months of the installment plan. Partial repayment of an unpaid period is not available.

For example, the subscriber has the entire period of unpaid installments - 8 months. Through the “Early repayment of installments” service, payment is made for exactly this period. Partial repayment of the unpaid period (for 7, 6, 5, etc. months) is not available.
