“You’ve been called!” — an additional communication service that allows a Mobiuz subscriber not to lose a single call in cases when his phone is unavailable or turned off. The subscriber will receive information about missed calls in the form of an SMS message from number 808.

The service “You’ve been called” also available in roaming. It is important to remember that although the service itself and incoming SMS in the Mobiuz network are free, in a number of countries mobile operators charge for incoming SMS.

How to activate the service:

By default, the service “You have been called” included for all subscribers. If you disconnected the service and decided to connect it again, you can do it as follows: 

  • By contacting the company's customer service offices;
  • Through the "Online Assistant";
  • By sending a USSD request to *111*0131#.
  • By sending an SMS with the number 1 to number 616013 

The service works provided that the “Forwarding” service is activated.

Attention! When activating the service, forwarding will be automatically established under the conditions “Out of service area”, “Busy” to the service number “You have been called” . This cancels the forwarding to another phone number that was previously set.

The service “They called you!” starts working immediately after connection.

The sender's number is the number that is used to manage the “You got a call!” service.

How to manage the service:

In order to receive SMS messages about missed calls under the “Out of Service Area/Disabled” condition, you must:

From your mobile phone call the number ##62*+998970000007#

or 

Via the mobile phone menu:

  • enter the “Forwarding”/“Call divert” section
  • sel ect forwarding according to the “Out of reach” condition
  • click "Enable"/"Set
  • in the form that appears, enter +998970000007 and click OK..

Attention! When setting up forwarding under the “Out of service area” condition to the service number “You have been called” forwarding to another phone number that was previously set is cancelled.

In order to receive SMS messages about missed calls under the “Busy” condition, you must:

Fr om your mobile phone call the number ##67*+998970000007#

or 

Via the mobile phone menu:

  • enter the “Forwarding”/“Call divert” section
  • sel ect forwarding according to the “Out of reach” condition
  • click "Enable"/"Set
  • in the form that appears, enter +998970000007 and click OK.

Attention!When setting up call forwarding under the “Busy” condition to the service number “They called you!” forwarding to another phone number that was previously set is canceled (for example, to your voicemail number.). It is not recommended to set up call forwarding based on the “On busy” condition if you have activated the “Call Waiting” service. Otherwise, information about the call that is on hold will be duplicated to you in an SMS message.

If you do not want to receive SMS messages about missed calls under the “Out of Service Area/Off” condition, you must:

  • enter the “Forwarding”/“Call divert” section
  • sel ect forwarding according to the “Out of reach” condition
  • click "Delete"/"Cancel"

Attention! When you set up Out of Service Area forwarding to another phone number (for example, your voicemail number), you will not receive SMS messages about missed calls under the Out of Service Area/Disabled condition until forwarding to that the condition will not be set to the service number “You have been called!” If you do not want to receive SMS messages about missed calls under the “Busy” condition, you must: Fr om your mobile phone call number ##67#

Attention!When you set up Busy Call Forwarding to another phone number (for example, your voicemail number), you will not receive SMS messages about missed calls for Busy conditions until Busy Call Forwarding is set to that number. services “They called you!”

How to disable the service:

Disable the “You have been called” service You can:

  • By contacting the company's customer service offices
  • Via "Online Assistant"
  • By sending a USSD request to *111*0130#.
  • By sending an SMS with the number 0 to number 616013 

"I am in touch!"

If you are subscribed to the "You've been called!" service and have configured notifications for missed calls under the "Out of Service Area" condition, you can enable notifications to the calling subscribers indicating your availability, i.e., that you are within network coverage.

Once this service is activated, availability notifications will not be sent to the called party.

To authorize the sending of notifications, you need to send an SMS message with the text notify on to the short number 808.

In response, you will receive the message: "Notifications to other subscribers are enabled."

Fr om this point forward, notifications will be sent to all calling subscribers except those who have been added to the prohibited list.

To restrict notifications to specific numbers, you must add the number to the prohibited list. To do this, send an SMS message to short number 808 with the following content:

- notify + phone number

The phone number must be in international format with a "+" sign in front. For example: - notify +998971030909

In response, you will receive the message: "Notifications for the number +998971030909 will not be sent."

To remove a phone number from the prohibited list, send an SMS message to short number 808 with the following content:

+ notify + phone number

The phone number must be in international format with a "+" sign in front. For example: + notify +998971030909

In response, you will receive the message: "Notifications for the number +998971030909 will be sent."

In this case, the number will be removed from the prohibited list and added to the allowed list.

To disable notifications, send an SMS message with the text notify off to the short number 808.

In response, you will receive the message: "Notifications to other subscribers are disabled."

In this case, notifications will continue to be sent to numbers on the allowed list.

To view the list of prohibited and allowed numbers for "notify me," send an SMS message with the text list notify to the short number 808.
