Voicemail for everyone

This service provides the ability to leave a voice message to the called subscriber in the following cases:

  • if the called party does not answer

  • if the called party's phone is switched off

  • if the called party's phone is out of network coverage

  • if the called party's phone is busy

  • if the called party rejects the call

The subscriber will be notified of the arrival of a voicemail message via free SMS.

You can listen to the message on voicemail by calling the short number 6757.

Service cost

  • Subscription fee – 0 UZS

  • The cost of listening to an incoming voice message by number 6757 is 0 UZS

  • The cost of recording a personal greeting is 0 UZS

  • Activation/disconnection of the “Voicemail for everyone” service - 0 UZS

  • The cost of recording one voice message (no more than 60 seconds) is 300 UZS including VAT and is debited from the account of the subscriber leaving the voice message.

  • The cost of an outgoing call for the caller after the answering machine beeps is charged according to the cost of the tariff for outgoing calls, or is spent on the subscriber’s existing pack of minutes.

  • The cost of listening to an incoming voice message by number 6757 is 0 UZS

Service management

  • The subscriber has the opportunity to independently activate and deactivate this service.

  • To activate the service, you must send a USSD request to *111*0301#

  • To disable the service, you must send a USSD request to *111*0300#

  • To check the status of the service, you must send a USSD request to *111*030#

Service availability

  • The service is automatically connected to all existing subscribers connected to tariffs for individuals who have not activated the “You have been called” service.

  • The service is added to the starting set of services when connecting a new number.

  • Subscribers connected to tariffs for legal entities are not able to receive messages to voicemail.

  • Subscribers connected to tariffs for legal entities can leave a voicemail message to subscribers with the “Voicemail for Everyone” service activated. The message is charged according to the tariff established for this service.

  • When a subscriber connects to the “Voicemail for everyone” service, the subscriber’s “You have been called” service is automatically (if activated) disabled. Similarly, when activating the “They called you” service, the subscriber’s “Voicemail for everyone” service is automatically disabled.

  • Subscribers who have the “You've been called” service activated can leave a voicemail message to subscribers with the “Voicemail for Everyone” service activated. The message is charged according to the tariff established for this service.

Notes

  • The maximum duration of recording one voice message is 60 seconds.

  • The maximum saved number of voice messages is 10. When 11 or more messages are received, they will be deleted starting from the 1st.

  • The maximum storage period for all messages is 72 hours.

  • Recording and charging of a voice message begins after the answering machine beeps.

  • The cost of recording a message is also debited if there are insufficient funds in the caller's account.

  • The priority of custom call forwarding configured by the subscriber is higher than the Voicemail for All service.

  • The service is available only within the LLC “UMS” network.

  • Prices include VAT.

  • The service is provided by OOO "Telecom Lab"
