To provide «UMS» LLC subscribers with more convenient roaming options and more favorable commercial terms, the «RoMIX» and «RoNET» roaming bundles with included roaming services are offered below.
Before activating a roaming bundle, please ensure you have activated one of the international roaming services – «Light Roaming», «Business Roaming», «SMS Roaming» or «Universal Roaming» (included restrictions), as the roaming bundle will not activate without roaming services.
Roaming service bundles are available for both corporate clients and private subscribers, and are applicable to all tariffs, unless otherwise specified in the tariff terms.

Note:
- The cost of the bundles is charged upon activation;
- The roaming bundles can be activated provided that the subscriber’s account balance is sufficient to purchase the bundles;
- The included communication service volumes (counters) of the «RoMIX» and «RoNET» roaming bundles are valid only while roaming and only on the roaming partners’ networks specified in the terms of the respective bundles, provided that the subscriber has activated one of the international roaming services — «Light Roaming», «Business Roaming», «SMS Roaming» or «Universal Roaming» (subject to restrictions).
- An SMS notification will be sent upon successful activation of the bundles.
- When multiple RoMIX 1, RoMIX 2, RoMIX 3, RoMIX 4, or RoMIX 5 bundles are activated, the data, minutes, and SMS allowances are combined, and the validity period is extended.
- When RoNET 750 is added to RoMIX 1, RoMIX 2, RoMIX 3, RoMIX 4, or RoMIX 5 bundles, only the MB allowance is combined and extended.
- When connecting multiple RoMIX Umra 1, RoMIX Umra 2, and RoMIX Haj bundles, the MB/minute/SMS allowances are combined, and the validity period is extended.
- RoNET 2000, RoNET 10 000, RoMIX 1, RoMIX 2, RoMIX 3, RoMIX 4, RoMIX 5, and RoNET 750 bundles are used first. After that, usage continues from the RoMIX Umra 1, RoMIX Umra 2, and RoMIX Haj bundles.
- The RoNET 2000 and RoNET 10 000 bundles cannot be combined, and their validity periods are not extended if both are active simultaneously. Data allowances can only be combined and validity periods extended by re-activating the same bundles.
- You can check the balance of your Roaming bundles counters via the USSD menu *111*012#.
- Once the MB/minutes/SMS included in the Roaming bundles have been used up, or the validity period of the bundles counters has expired, MB/minutes/SMS units for the corresponding roaming services will be charged according to the established roaming rates and the billing terms in effect on the roaming partner’s network where the subscriber is located at that time.
- The terms of use for the «RoMIX» and «RoNET» roaming bundles remain unchanged when switching tariff plans, except in cases where the subscriber switches to a tariff plan on which roaming services are not available. In this case, any unused units will be forfeited.
- Roaming bundles are intended for both legal entities and individuals, for all tariffs, unless otherwise specified in the tariff terms.
- Communication services not included in the Roaming bundles are billed according to the established roaming rates and the billing terms in effect on the roaming partner’s network where the subscriber is located at that time.
