- Data speed - up to reaching the 3 TB limit - up to 100 Mbit/sec.
- Data speed - after reaching the 3 TB limit - up to 3 Mbit/sec.
- Limits upon reaching the 3 TB limit are issued and renewed monthly.
- When you sign up for a new tariff, the full subscription fee (SF) for one calendar year-1 190 000 UZS - is charged after topping up your account.
- The «FWA Corporate» tariff includes a ZTE G5C router upon signup and is available to new subscribers only at the company's head offices located in Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, and Kokand.
- All prices include VAT.
- Calls are charged per minute.
- All outgoing calls are charged per second and rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Data traffic rounding quantum 1KB.
- When changing the tariff, the limits of the new tariff are used.
- Connection of other types of data packs and «Night DRIVE» services is not available on the tariff. Unlim data access with a speed limit of 3 TB is provided (as part of the annual subscription fee and monthly subscription) for one calendar month. The tariff's counters (unlim) are updated monthly on the first day of the month during the first year. After the first year, the tariff's counters (unlim) are updated on the first day of the month after the subscription fee for the tariff (100 000 UZS) is debited.
- With a new connection, the 3 TB limit (data speed limit up to 100 Mbit/sec) is provided in full without using pro-rata.
- If the balance is positive, the subscription fee for the tariff is debited from the personal account on the 1st of each month via the postpaid system. If the balance is negative, the subscription fee is not debited.
- If the number has been blocked for 90 calendar days (the balance was negative), the company reserves the right to terminate the contract between the company and the subscriber, and the provision of services will cease.
- Data billing is at zero cost.
- When switching from the «FWA Corporate» tariff, Unlim for the data is not transferred and is not combined with the meters of the new tariff.
- In case of early termination of the subscriber agreement or when switching to another tariff at the initiative of the subscriber for any reason, the subscription fee is not subject to refund/recalculation. The Operator does not offer redemption of G5C routers.
- SMS packs are not available on the «FWA Corporate» tariff.
- Unlim service «YouTube» and 5G data packs are not available on the «FWA Corporate» tariff.
- The Inspector and Inspector – Social Networks services are not available on the «FWA Corporate» tariff.
- The «Subscription» service is not available on the «FWA Corporate» tariff.
- The «FWA Corporate» tariff does not participate in the «Beautiful Numbers Promotion!» and «Bonuses for a Smartphone!» promotions.
- The «Number Re-registration» service is not available for the «FWA Corporate» tariff (number re-registration from/to the «FWA Corporate» tariff is not available).
- After connecting to the «FWA Corporate» tariff, the device becomes the property of the subscriber who signed up for the connection.
- For tariffs with a lower monthly fee – 4 210,35 UZS
- For tariffs with a higher subscription fee - 0 UZS
1.1. Company – OOO «Universal Mobile Systems», Mobiuz.
1.2. Device model (device) – ZTE G5C router.
1.3. Defective goods – goods of inadequate quality that cannot be used for their intended purpose and/or have defects.
1.4. 4 Supplier – an organization, enterprise or institution supplying the Company’s goods.
1.5. ASC – authorized ZTE service center.
1.6. CO – own office (Own sales office of the Company OOO «Universal Mobile Systems»).
1.7. Warranty period - the period during which the Client, upon detection of deficiencies or defects in the purchased goods, has the right to make claims to the seller related to the quality of the goods, in one calendar year from the date of connection to the tariff.
2.1. The warranty period for the device model is established by the Supplier specified in the warranty card or other accompanying document to the device.
2.2. Warranty repairs, elimination of defects (deficiencies) of the device during the warranty period are carried out by the forces and means of the ASC.
2.3. In the event of failure of the device during the warranty period, the operator has the right to free elimination of all faults arising due to the fault of the manufacturer (subject to compliance with the requirements of the operating instructions for the device).
2.4. The warranty period for the goods begins on the date of connection to the tariff «Mobi Home».
2.5. If a defect is discovered in the device, the user must contact an Authorized Service Center (ASC) on their own. If necessary, a list of ASCs will be provided to the user by the head of the own office or a sales consultant at the Company’s sales office.
2.6. If the device is repairable, the Authorized Service Center will fix all defects. The user’s refusal to have the device repaired does not constitute grounds for returning the device.
2.7. The period for correcting defects under warranty is up to 30 days from the moment the device is handed over to the ASC.
3.1. Devices of satisfactory quality that are unsuitable for the user solely due to color, shape, or other parameters unrelated to the device’s quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
3.2. Devices with a warranty card may only be returned for service, either as an exchange or as part of a service agreement with the Supplier's Service Center. A full refund and/or recalculation is not provided.
3.3. A user who has received a device of unsatisfactory quality has the right to request a replacement with a device of the same or a similar model.
3.4. The Company will not accept the device back and is not responsible for devices left in the office. Devices will be accepted and serviced only at the Service Center.
3.5. Defective devices may be exchanged within 30 days.
