MOBILE DATA SERVICES (GPRS/3G/LTE) IN ROAMING
In order to use mobile Internet services while roaming, you need to make sure that the «“Mobile Internet”» service is activated on your number and the APN settings are configured correctly on your device. Information on automatic APN configuration can be found at the following link.
If your device does not support automatic settings, you must , you must contact the Contact Center for more information.

How to register online?
Typically, registration in a roaming partner’s network is performed automatically by the phone. If registration in the network does not occur automatically, you should set the manual network search mode according to the instructions for using the phone (go to the settings and select the “Mobile Networks” or “Cellular” option and perform a manual network search) and select an available roaming partner network according to list here;
How to dial a number correctly?
In roaming partner networks, to make an outgoing call, the subscriber must dial a number in the following international format:

For example, a call to the mobile number of a Mobiuz subscriber: +998 97 xxx xxxx or 00998 97 xxx xxxx..

TEMPORARY BLOCKING CONDITIONS
In accordance with the recommendations of the GSM Association on the procedure and procedures for preventing fraud in roaming in the networks of roaming partners, the Company reserves the right to temporarily block the number of a roaming subscriber, based on preliminary data received from the roaming partner(s), containing information about the subscriber’s expenses - roamer in an amount exceeding his/her current account balance. Temporary blocking is carried out until the receipt of the main (final) files (up to 30 days) from the roaming partner(s), on the basis of which the subscriber’s number is charged according to roaming tariffs for services rendered in roaming.

"Light Roaming"
This international roaming service allows the subscriber to register in the networks of roaming partners of LLC “UMS” and use the services of voice calls, SMS, data services provided by the roaming partner with a sufficient positive balance, the availability of these services and the absence of prohibitions/blocks on the subscriber’s number.
In the “Light Roaming” service, outgoing voice calls to international destinations are limited and, while roaming, you can make outgoing calls only to numbers in Uzbekistan and outgoing calls within the country of residence. Calls to other countries are not possible, including calls to satellite operator numbers.
Service availability:
The service is available to subscribers of all tariff plans (unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the tariff plan) with a sufficient positive balance on the personal account, regardless of the type of roaming - Offline or Online (CAMEL).
from 08/31/2022, the validity period of the “Light Roaming” service is 30 days from the moment of connection for new connections.
If a subscriber requires the Light roaming service for a period of more than 30 days, starting from November 11, 2022, the service period can be extended through the USSD menu *111*012# for 30/90/180 days. The total validity period of the “Light roaming” service can be no more than 360 days after all extensions from the date of connection.
Service activation:
To activate this service, you must have a balance on your personal account in the amount of at least 210,517.50 UZS (Two hundred ten thousand five hundred seventeen UZS 50 tiyin) as an advance payment for future roaming expenses. Activation of this service is carried out upon a written application from the subscriber.
Note:
The “International Access” service and the “Light Roaming” service are mutually exclusive services, that is, if one of these services is connected, then it is impossible to connect the other. Therefore, to activate the “Light Roaming” service, you must first make sure that the “International Access” service is not activated.
"Business Roaming"
This international roaming service allows the subscriber to register in the networks of roaming partners of LLC “UMS” and use the services of voice calls, SMS, data services provided by the roaming partner with a sufficient positive balance, the availability of these services and the absence of prohibitions/blocks on the subscriber’s number. In this service, outgoing voice calls are not limited and, while roaming, you can make outgoing calls to international destinations, including calls to satellite operator numbers with a positive balance and no restrictions on the number.

Checking status and disabling services
The “Business Roaming” service does not have an auto-shutdown condition. Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, in order to avoid unexpected roaming costs when staying in the border areas of Uzbekistan with neighboring countries, where there is a high probability of automatic connection to the roaming networks of partners of neighboring countries, it is recommended to disable roaming services.

Simultaneous activation of “Light Roaming”, “Business Roaming” or “SMS Roaming” services on one personal account is impossible. To activate the “Light Roaming”, “Business Roaming” or “SMS Roaming” service, you must first disable the active service before activating another.
Deactivation of the “Light Roaming”, “Business Roaming” or “SMS Roaming” services is carried out upon a written application from the subscriber.
"SMS roaming"
This international roaming service allows the subscriber to register in the networks of roaming partners of LLC “UMS” and use the SMS exchange service provided by the roaming partner if this service is available, there is a sufficient balance on the personal account and there are no prohibitions/blocks on the subscriber’s number.
The “SMS Roaming” service is valid only when the subscriber is in the territory of a roaming partner in roaming.
For subscribers in roaming and on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the “SMS Roaming” service active, the following services are not available:

Rates for international roaming services
*China Telecom China only provides data services on 4G/LTE networks for roamers. Voice roaming and SMS services while roaming are not available to our roamers on their 4G/LTE network. The 4G/LTE roaming service is provided in the FDD Band 3.1 frequency range (1800 and 2100 MHz). To successfully register in the operator’s network, your device must support the above mentioned 4G/LTE network frequencies and you need to connect to the 4G LTE network access service.
General terms
Tariffs are indicated in UZS including VAT.
All calls are charged from the first second of the call and rounded up to the nearest minute. All calls are charged per minute.
Calls to paid services (Premium and VAS numbers) available in roaming partner networks are charged at additional rates (not zonal tariffs).
Depending on the features of the switches and billing systems of our roaming partners, conditional call forwarding to international, long-distance and local numbers in roaming can be charged as the sum of the cost of an incoming call to a subscriber in roaming and the cost of an outgoing call to the number to which the conditional forwarding was made in accordance with the above tariffs for directions. Unconditional call forwarding to international, long-distance and local numbers is charged as outgoing calls to numbers in the direction in accordance with the tariff plan valid for the subscriber's number within Uzbekistan.
Activation and deactivation of call forwarding in the operator network is not charged
Incoming SMS (except for paid content SMS services) are not charged when roaming.
The volume of a GPRS session is rounded up to 64 kilobytes.
Roaming services are automatically blocked if the subscriber’s balance decreases to or less than 0 sum;
"SMS roaming"
This international roaming service allows the subscriber to register in the networks of roaming partners of LLC “UMS” and use the SMS exchange service provided by the roaming partner if this service is available, there is a sufficient balance on the personal account and there are no prohibitions/blocks on the subscriber’s number.
The “SMS Roaming” service is valid only when the subscriber is in the territory of a roaming partner in roaming.
For subscribers in roaming and on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the “SMS Roaming” service active, the following services are not available:
