Mobile Data service is enabled for all subscribers by default.

If you are the owner of a smartphone based on the Android, iOS or Windows Mobile operating systems, then just make sure that any access point to access the Data is created in the settings and the “Data transfer” option (may be called differently in different models) is enabled (check the box ).

If you do not have a smartphone to use the Internet, you need to configure your mobile phone:

Data transfer rates*:

• HSPA+: up to 42 Mbit/s;
• HSDPA: up to 14.4 Mbit/s;
• 3G: up to 384 Kbps;
• EDGE: up to 236.8 Kbps;
• GPRS: up to 85.6 Kbps.

* The specified data transfer rates are the theoretical maximum achievable when using this technology. The actual speed may differ from the declared one and depends on the technical parameters of the network at a particular point, as well as on a number of other facts affecting the quality of communication services.
