Conference call

Conference Call Mode allows you to organize a simultaneous conversation with multiple participants (up to 6 participants, including the conference initiator).

The initiator of the conference call can be a Mobiuz subscriber who has subscribed to the "Conference Call" service. They can create a new conference, change its status (add or remove participants), put the conference on hold (where participants can continue communicating with each other), and make outgoing or receive incoming calls.

Participants of the conference call can be both mobile subscribers (Mobiuz subscribers do not need additional services) and fixed network subscribers. During the conference call, mobile subscribers have access to the "Call Waiting and Call Hold" modes (if they have the respective service). A participant can leave the conference call independently by ending the call, while the other participants continue their conversation.

The "Conference Call" service is provided only in conjunction with the "Call Waiting/Hold" service. You can subscribe to this service when signing a contract or later.

Tariffication

Calls made using the conference call feature are charged as follows:

A. The conference initiator pays for connections with each participant based on direction (outgoing or incoming), call type (mobile, local, long-distance, international), and their tariff (similar to individual calls).

B. Each participant only pays for the connection with the conference initiator.

Attention! Each segment of the conversation is charged according to the tariff.

Example:

(In the example, B is a subscriber of the company "Mobiuz" - the initiator of call transfer. A and C can be subscribers of "Mobiuz" or any other operators)

Subscriber A calls subscriber B and talks to them. Then, subscriber B puts subscriber A on hold (Call Hold - CH) and initiates a second call to subscriber C. After talking to subscriber C, subscriber B activates call transfer mode (Call Transfer - CT) and disconnects automatically. From the moment of CT, subscribers A and C converse while subscriber B does not participate. Connection payment works as follows:

1. Subscriber A pays for an outgoing call to subscriber B from connection until the end of the conversation with subscriber C.

2. Subscriber B pays for 4 calls:

A. Incoming call from subscriber A, from the start of conversation until call transfer.

B. Outgoing call to subscriber C until call transfer.

C. Incoming call from subscriber A from call transfer until end of conversation between A and C.

D. Outgoing call to subscriber C from call transfer until end of conversation between A and C (last two calls have equal duration).

3. Subscriber C pays for an incoming call from subscriber B from connection until end of conversation with subscriber A.
