Customer service centers
For subscribers of UMS LLC, there are Customer Service Centers, where Mobiuz customer service specialists will provide you with any assistance:
- They will tell you about the full range of services offered, give detailed advice on the class and functions of the offered cell phones;
- They will help you choose a tariff plan and draw up a contract for communication services.
- Demonstrate the possibilities of additional services.
- They will help you activate a new service, find out about accruals and spending of funds on your personal accounts, and get a printout of the detailed invoice.
